EXCHANGES and RETURNS POLICY:

All items being exchanged or returned must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged, and must be returned in the original packaging with the hang tags attached.

EXCHANGES - Please use the Exchange Form included with your order shipment which easily explains our exchange process. We accept exchanges for another item up to 90 days from the date on which you received your original order.

RETURNS - Please use the Returns Form included with your order shipment which easily explains our returns process.

1. For returns received within 30 days of the date on which you received your original order, you may opt for a full refund or an in-store credit of 110% of the value of the items being returned (use the credit to gear up for your next adventure) - your choice.

2. For returns received between 31-60 days of the date on which you received your order, you may opt for a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee or an in-store credit for the full value of the items being returned to us (use the credit to gear up for your next adventure) - your choice.

Exchange & Returns processing comes with significant costs (credit card fees, banking transaction fees, re-stocking expense, labor & materials costs, etc.). We thank you for understanding the reasoning behind our exchange & returns policies.
